Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance monitoring and testing for applicable regulations (e.g., deposit, lending, BSA/AML support, consumer protection).
- Review transactions, accounts, and processes for regulatory compliance.
- Identify, document, and escalate compliance issues and trends.
- Prepare compliance reports, summaries, and management dashboards.
- Assist with regulatory exams, audits, and remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with bank staff on compliance requirements and procedures.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on bank operations.
- Other tasks as assigned.
