The Sturgeon Bay School District is seeking an energetic individual to support students in special education. The ideal candidate would:

- Ability to handle Physical Nature of Work (restraints possible, toileting, etc).
- Able to document goal progress
- Willingness to work 1:1 with high needs students

You will work 1:1 or in small settings with the support of a special education teacher.
Hours are dependent on School:
TJ Walker Middle School: 8:00-3:30 (Full Time)
Sturgeon Bay High School: 8:00-3:30 (Full Time)
Alternative Programming: 7:30-2:00 (Part-Time)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and classroom engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers, and support staff to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and personal growth.
