Summary:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for the overall management, security, and strategic direction of the Bank’s information technology program in accordance with FDIC regulations, supervisory guidance, and FFIEC standards. The CTO ensures that technology systems and controls support the Bank’s business objectives while maintaining a safe and sound operating environment.
In addition, oversees enterprise technology platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, data integrity and capabilities, and vendor relationships while ensuring systems are secure, resilient and aligned with the bank’s strategic priorities.
Education, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT management, preferably within a financial institution or regulated environment.
- Demonstrated experience with core banking systems, cybersecurity, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. Experience working with regulators, auditors, and examiners preferred.
- Thorough understanding of cybersecurity, information security frameworks, and innovation balanced with operational risk management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills along with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly

Salary : $145,920 - $243,201
