- Develops sales and prospecting strategies and consistently meets take rate goals.
- Proactively engages new and existing residential and business customers through door-to-door prospecting, cold calls, local events, and community organizations.
- Provides excellent customer service and promotes a positive reputation and brand image for Stupp Fiber in the marketplace.
- Emphasizes product features based on customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Plans and participates in activities and events that promote Stupp Fiber products and services.
- Conducts visits to ensure subscribers understand the product and can enjoy it to its full potential.
- Becomes an expert in the competitive environment to effectively position Stupp Fiber as the best high-speed internet choice for the assigned territory.
