What You'll Do
- Mow residential properties using commercial equipment
- Trim, edge, and blow off sidewalks and driveways
- Weed and maintain landscape beds
- Trim shrubs and small ornamental trees
- Install mulch, plants, and landscape enhancements
- Assist with turf care programs
- Perform seasonal cleanups
- Work safely while providing outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of professional landscaping or lawn care experience
- Experience operating commercial mowers and landscaping equipment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Dependable, hardworking, and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
- Able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors

Sign-On Bonus Details
Qualified full-time employees may earn:
- $500 after 90 days
- $500 after 6 months
Must maintain good attendance, satisfactory performance, and be employed on each bonus payment date.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
