Stump N Grind is a small, high-quality stump grinding business based in Fitchburg, MA, serving most of Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. We take pride in our top-tier equipment, excellent customer service, and consistent, professional results.
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Stump Grinding Operator to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate stump grinders, mini skid steers, full size skid steers and excavator to remove stumps and clean up debris
- Seed and hand rake finish after grading with fill/loam
- Drive and back up a large truck and trailer to and from job sites
- Maintain equipment and perform light mechanical work as needed
- Deliver professional service and respect at every job site
Requirements:
- Experience with stump grinding or similar landscape equipment
- Experience with skid loaders and mini excavators
- Mechanically inclined and able to perform basic maintenance
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be confident driving/backing a truck and trailer
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- DOT medical card
