Summary: As a Technical Trainer for STULZ USA, A precision cooling manufacturer for mission critical applications, you will be responsible for providing onsite owner’s training to end-users, facility maintenance personal and onsite technicians. This position requires extensive travel to client locations. You will report directly to the Training Program Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective training delivery and customer satisfaction.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Conduct Onsite Training: Travel to customer sites to deliver comprehensive training sessions on HVAC precision cooling systems. This includes classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and practical exercise
  • Training Material Development: Collaborate with the Training Program Manager and subject matter experts to develop training materials, including presentations, and training aids when necessary. Ensure that the content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's guideline
  • Customize Training Programs: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of each customer, considering their equipment configurations, operational requirements, and skill levels. Work closely with the Training Program Manager to understand customer requirements and expectation
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest HVAC industry standards, trends, and features. Continuously enhance your product knowledge of the STULZ product line to deliver accurate and relevant training
  • Documentation: Create and maintain training documentation, including training schedules, attendance records, evaluation forms, and training reports. Ensure that all relevant information is accurately recorded and submitted in a timely manner
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from customers and field personnel to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Collaborate with the Training Program Manager and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance training content and delivery methods
  • Safety Compliance: Emphasize safety protocols and best practices during training sessions to ensure customers operate the HVAC equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Adhere to company safety policies and guidelines at all times
  • Travel Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, including scheduling, accommodation, and logistics, to optimize training efficiency and minimize disruptions. Communicate travel plans and updates to the Training Program Manager to ensure clear visibility and effective coordination
  • Other duties as assigned





Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in HVAC Technology, or a related field or related field experience
  • Proven experience in conducting technical training for HVAC systems, preferably precision cooling equipment
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC principles, precision cooling technologies, and industry standards
  • Strong presentation and communication skills ,with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and effectively address their training needs
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, documentation, and travel arrangements
  • Flexibility to travel extensively, occasionally on short notice, to customer locations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate HVAC equipment during training sessions
  • Safety-conscious mindset with knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in HVAC environments
