Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in renting rides that meet their needs
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Conduct ride demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering ride recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage customer inquiries professionally following proper etiquette and communication skills
- Keeping the store clean and organized according to company standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
