SUMMARY:
We are seeking someone with a strong mechanical aptitude to join our team as a Machine Operator. As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality food. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
WAGE:
- Based on food manufacturing operator experience
SHIFT:
- Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays)
- 6AM-Finish (usually between 2PM-5PM)
WAGE:
- Based on mechanical aptitude and food manufacturing operator experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mechanical aptitude in auto, facilities, or machinery.
- Experience with and knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Must possess mechanical troubleshooting skills with equipment and be analytical
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Operate machines to perform tasks such as sizing and shaping
- Monitor machine operations and ensure products meet quality standards
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous Maintenance, Mechanical or Machine Operator experience preferred
- Proficiency in operating various types of machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
