Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations and food handling protocols
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages regularly to ensure smooth service during busy hours
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions, providing excellent service throughout
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math and food industry knowledge are highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast POS for efficient order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create a welcoming environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service industries; catering or brewing experience is a plus
