Duties

- Deliver interactive lessons in English while integrating additional languages such as Mandarin, French, or Japanese when applicable, to enhance multilingual learning experiences.
- Utilize cutting-edge learning technology and digital tools to create engaging online or in-person classes that promote active participation.
- Manage classroom dynamics by maintaining a positive environment, encouraging student interaction, and applying classroom management techniques suitable for early childhood education and preschool settings.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of children with special education requirements or those requiring childcare support.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and educational teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student’s literacy education and overall development.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool environments.

- Familiarity with teaching diverse student populations, including those with special education needs.
