What are the responsibilities and job description for the ESL Teacher - Summer Camp (Seasonal) - 5 Day Program position at Study Travel and Recreation, Inc.?
Interested in teaching English to foreign students?
Study, Travel and Recreation, Inc. summer courses have been specially designed to cater to the needs of students who travel to New York to learn and improve their general English language skills. Students who take part in one of our courses receive 15 hours of English language credits each week together with an exciting activity and excursion program to discover New York.
Employee contracts will run on per day basis on the following contracted days:
July 21, 23, 27, 29, 31 from 9:00am until 5:00pm.
If offered a position with us, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and communicative lessons to classes of international students between the ages of 13 to 18.

Essential Requirements
- Have the right to work in the United States.
- BA Degree in Education or Related Subject.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to motivate and encourage young people.
- All candidates are subject to background check.
Desirable Requirements:
- At least 1 year of teaching experience.
- Previous experience of working in a school-like setting.
- ESOL/TEFL Certificate.
- Previous experience working with minors.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and planning.
- Proven ability to work well in a team.
