We’re currently hiring a full-time Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team in Gainesville, Florida. Study Edge is a local tutoring company dedicated to helping University of Florida students succeed, and as we continue expanding to campuses across Florida and beyond, we’re looking for someone excited to help lead that growth.
Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Gainesville, FL. As a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives, coordinating outreach programs, building and nurturing community relationships, creating press releases, and managing public relations activities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to promote Study Edge’s resources and strengthen brand presence.
Responsibilities
• Create engaging, student-focused content (Instagram posts, Reels, TikToks) that builds brand awareness and drives campus engagement
• Build a strong, approachable brand presence through friendly, relatable communication
• Recruit, train, and manage campus ambassadors to support outreach and growth initiatives
• Lead expansion efforts through partnerships with student organizations across universities
• Execute on-campus marketing campaigns, including flyering and promotional distribution, to maximize visibility
