- A professional baker with at least 2 years of experience in baking and pastry art who is comfortable in a self-motivated environment.

- Mature, organized, detail-oriented and capable of developing efficient production systems.
- Enthusiastic about contributing ideas and growing with a new business.
- Must have own mode of transportation.
