What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at STUDIOHOWE?
Residential architecture firm based in New York City looking for a full-time project manager for a new high-end residence in Dutchess County. You MUST be located in the area and be available for weekly site meetings and as needed during construction. We are the project architect for the residence and will be coordinating with the design architect, located in California. Permitting will begin soon and we anticipate construction will begin in late September, and last approximately 18-24 months. The scope of work includes facilitating bidding, general coordination with the design architect and various consultants, managing progress and contractor oversight, working closely with the client's rep, and preparing weekly reports.
Applicant must be fluent in Auto-Cad and project management software. We're looking for someone with at least 15 years experience in project management of residential construction. Compensation will be hourly as a consultant. Work can be remote with in-office meetings as required. You should be experienced, flexible, motivated, and extremely organized.
