What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Account Manger position at StudioBeauty?
Basic Function: Studio Beauty are an award-winning PR Collective (PR Net winners of Beauty Agency of the Year 2026) of interdisciplinary global experts who craft brand storytelling, establish and elevate industry thought leaders and build brand communities. We are looking for an established Senior Account Manage to lead with creativity and strategic vision, our portfolio of world leading beauty clients and inspire and lead (with the Founder and Vice President) our industry leading team of PR professionals.
Essential duties:
- Best in class relationships across the beauty industry inclusive of media, influencers, tastemakers, Talent, VIP’s and Industry Professionals
- Strategic and creative vision, successfully demonstrating experience in bringing ideas and strategies to life with a unique and results driven approach
- A results driven attitude demonstrating an in depth understanding of delivering and exceeding ROI for clients across multiple channels and platforms and timely and impactful reporting
- A Passion for pitching and the ability to turn great relationships and targeted pitching efforts, into coverage results across digital, print, social and broadcast
- Excellence in client service, demonstrating strong client leadership, passion for client products, brand, founders and executive team. Commitment to being their eyes and ears and leading and executing with microscopic attention to detail and a “no stone unturned” approach
- An action orientated approach to overseeing of activations, from strategy and budget management through to execution. Inclusive of event production, content creation, VIP wrangling, Pro Communities and Affiliate
- A passion for the Studio! Showcasing positivity and enthusiasm and demonstrating excellence through professionalism, upholding the Studio’s inclusive work environment
Qualifications:
- At least 8 - 10 years of experience in beauty communications
- NY based
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Google applications
- Proficiency in Muckrack, Creator IQ, Tribe, TV Eyes, or alternative media, media, social media and broadcast monitoring platforms
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
