Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our Scottsdale, AZ location. The Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting products for their kitchen and bath projects, provide expert knowledge of our wide range of design and remodeling products, and ensure exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include demonstrating product features, addressing customer inquiries, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall organization and presentation of the showroom.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, and relationship-building
- Knowledge of kitchen, bath, and home design products such as plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, tile, windows, doors, and hardware
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to maintain an appealing showroom space
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and inventory management tools
- Prior experience in home design, architecture, or interior design is a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or education in design or sales is beneficial
