Job Description:
Climate Guard Windows & Doors is looking for a hands-on Production Office Coordinator to be part of the team. This is a fast-paced windows and doors operation. You will be responsible for coordinating production activities to ensure timely completion of work orders while meeting quality and delivery targets.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing orders and all the paperwork for production
- Answers telephone calls from other offices
- Perform all other office tasks (transfers & receiving paperwork, general office tasks.
- Help keep the office organized
- Support sales associates with all the information that they need from production
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer savvy

- Strong organizational skills
