Role Description
Studio Volpe is seeking a full-time Designer/Assistant Designer in both our Architecture and Interior Design divisions. The positions are located in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities include supporting the Principal and design team, generating high-quality presentations for clients, tracking project timelines, and maintaining strong vendor communications. Organization, creativity, and adaptability are key to excelling in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting, AutoCAD, and space planning skills
- Experience with InDesign, Sketch-Up and Studio Designer a plus
- Knowledge of material sourcing and specification
- Ability to create presentations and client-facing materials
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Familiarity with design history and appreciation for diverse aesthetics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in high-end residential design preferred
