Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norman, OK, for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing creative and functional design concepts, working on space planning and interior layouts, producing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role also includes engaging in client consultations, collaborating with the design team, and ensuring projects meet quality and aesthetic standards while staying within budget and timeline requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of FF&E selection, coordination, and implementation
- Strong understanding of design trends and materials
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit and Adobe Suite; Knowledge of SketchUp or Studio Designer is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Previous experience in residential or commercial interior design is a plus
