Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Junior Designer to join our team on-site in Miami, FL. In this role, you will collaborate with the design team on various projects and contribute to the development of interior designs, architectural layouts, and visual presentations. Daily responsibilities include sketching, modeling, drafting, sourcing materials, and preparing presentation boards. You will also assist in research phases, coordinate with various team members and potential clients, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and 3D modeling software.
- Strong freehand sketching, visual illustration, and drafting skills.
- Understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and material sourcing.
- Ability to ideate, develop, and present creative concepts in alignment with project goals.
- Strong time management, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to solve complex design challenges efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is required; relevant design experience is a plus.
