Responsibilities
Greet clients and provide a welcoming experience
Check clients in and out accurately
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Respond to new client inquiry/request forms promptly
Answer phones and assist with general salon communication
Maintain accurate inventory counts and notify management when supplies are low
Assist with daily reporting and administrative tasks to support salon operations
Assist with daily salon operations and cleanliness
Wash color bowls, brushes, and salon tools as needed
Sweep and tidy stations throughout the day
Assist stylists and team members with salon support duties
Help maintain a clean, professional, and organized salon environment
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
