StretchLab Naples is seeking a highly energetic, passionate, and sales-driven individual who is dedicated to wellness and has a genuine love for fostering community and building strong relationships with our members.

POSITION:

The purpose of the General Manager is to assist the Area Manager in growing the studio with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and further developing the StretchLab brand in the community. The Sales Manager also assists with retaining current members through communication, coordination, and customer service. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of Membership or Commissioned Sales Experience Required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Required to clean & maintain a clean workplace environment
• Must have hospitality, customer-focused mindset
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Must be have excellent communication skills in person, via phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the studio front desk team with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Book and confirm intro stretches
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
• Schedule & Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) as needed to promote the club
• Work under the direction of Area Manager and Owners for operational procedures and membership goals
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy
