Job Overview
We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead and coordinate architectural projects from conception through completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of design, construction, and renovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess people skills, exceptional organizational skills, proactive approach to client and team collaboration, and have an impeccable attention to detail. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will drive project success by managing multidisciplinary teams (internally and externally), fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication across all project stages.
Duties
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of architectural projects, including new constructions and renovations.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Studio H's project management software.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
- Oversee design using Revit and Bluebeam to produce accurate drawings and models.
- Conduct project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years architectural project documentation experience.
- Proven experience managing architectural projects from inception through completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam.
- Preferred proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and/or Canva.
- Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling and coordinating Teams.
- Solid understanding of construction processes including renovation projects and interior design integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
