Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where every day is different? We're looking for an energetic, dependable team member to help bring beautiful weddings and special events to life.

This is a unique position that combines warehouse operations with on-site event leadership. You'll help prepare décor and floral items for events, transport materials, and lead temporary event crews during installations and tear-downs. If you enjoy physical work, solving problems, working with people, and seeing the finished product come together, we'd love to meet you.

Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week
Hours vary based on our event schedule and include evenings, weekends, and occasional late nights.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

  • Prepare décor, equipment, and supplies for upcoming weddings and events, including vases, candles, candelabras, arches, bars, columns, and specialty décor.
  • Pull, clean, inspect, organize, and stage event inventory for loading.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with post-event breakdown, cleaning, inventory, and returning items to storage.
  • Wash glassware and event materials and maintain equipment.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing inventory.
  • Help receive, process, clean, and care for fresh flowers.
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance on décor using hand and power tools.
  • Build or modify décor pieces using wood and other materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Track inventory using our computer system and assist with inventory counts.
  • Review event folders to stay informed of event details and preparation requirements.
  • Travel locally to event venues as needed.

Event Leader Responsibilities

  • Drive company vehicles, including 20' and 26' box trucks, to and from event venues.
  • Lead, train, and supervise temporary event staff during event setup and teardown.
  • Coordinate unloading and placement of décor and equipment at venues.
  • Ensure events are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Work professionally with clients, venues, vendors, and other event partners.
  • Represent our company with exceptional customer service and a positive attitude throughout each event.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable driving 20' and 26' box trucks (training provided if needed for the right candidate).
  • Previous warehouse experience (1–2 years preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using computers for basic data entry and inventory tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Enjoys interacting with clients, vendors, and coworkers while maintaining a professional attitude.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift and carry 10–50 pounds.
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, push, and pull for extended periods.
  • Safely use ladders to install décor.
  • Work with dollies, carts, and other moving equipment.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Schedule

Our business is built around weddings and special events, so flexibility is essential.

Most event setups occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, while event tear-downs typically occur between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM, including returning trucks and unloading materials back at our warehouse.

Hours vary throughout the season based on our event calendar.
