What You'll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional hospitality and service.
- Create and sustain a culture of accountability, recognition, development, and teamwork.
- Lead by example, modeling Studio C's values in every interaction with guests, team members, and vendors.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while building a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support.
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and coordination of front- and back-of-house teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operations, enhance the guest experience, and elevate team performance.
- Foster a culture of hospitality and excellence by ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience and that feedback and concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.
- Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to drive profitability while controlling labor, food, and beverage costs.
- Utilize key performance indicators and business data to make informed decisions and improve results.
- Build meaningful community connections and support initiatives that strengthen the One Twenty Three Tavern brand.
- 5 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience with responsibility for operations, financial performance, and team development.
- Demonstrated success building, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams while developing future leaders.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Proven ability to analyze business performance, manage budgets, and make sound operational and financial decisions.
- Experience leading through change, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with restaurant and administrative software systems.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
