We take a holistic and personalized approach to wellness, offering progressive strength training, balance and agility work, nutrition support, the Onero™ bone density program, Renew & Restore nervous system regulation, and a walking group for connection and community. Our focus is on helping women maintain vitality and confidence while addressing the physiological changes brought on by menopause, including muscle, strength, and bone density loss, weight changes, and overall pain and movement imbalances.
We’re Seeking Experts Who:
✔ Understand menopause and aging-related changes and can tailor fitness programming accordingly
✔ Are highly skilled in corrective exercise and rehabilitation, helping women recover from injury and prevent future issues
✔ Have experience in progressive training methods to support strength-building and mobility in a safe and effective way
✔ Are passionate about guiding women to feel strong, balanced, and empowered through movement
Your Role at Studio Bloom:
✅ Lead group classes and/or provide personal training focused on safe, effective movement for midlife and beyond
✅ Incorporate corrective exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies into training sessions
✅ Work in a welcoming, supportive, and research-informed environment

Requirements:
- Personal Trainer Certified (e.g., NASM, ACSM, NSCA)
- B.S./M.S. in Exercise Science, DPT
- CPR/AED certification
- 5 years’ experience preferred
