Seeking an Architectural Project Manager for full-time employment to head our team during all project phases for retail, commercial, and urban multi-unit residential/mixed-use developments. The Project Manager coordinates internal teams, oversees production, and ensures that deliverables meet Studio Architecture’s standards of quality and service. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide both clients and staff through the design and construction process. Other experience helpful is medical and hospitality. We are looking for permanent members of a close-knit team working in an open office atmosphere. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field 5–8 years of architectural experience with at least 2 years in a project management role Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and detailing Proven ability to coordinate design and technical teams Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and office-standard software Experience managing consultants (MEP, structural, civil, etc.) and interfacing with clients, contractors, and building departments Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Responsibilities: Serve as the client’s primary point of contact from design through construction Lead the internal project team and coordinate consultants to ensure timely, coordinated deliverables Manage schedules, budgets, and staffing for assigned projects Direct and review design and construction documents for accuracy, clarity, and completeness Oversee permit submissions, respond to plan review comments, and coordinate with building departments Facilitate project meetings, maintain progress reports, and document decisions and milestones Mentor and support project staff in their technical and professional development Participate in quality control reviews and ensure office standards are followed Monitor project budgets and staff allocation; flag concerns proactively
