Job Summary
Studio 721 is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. We are currently looking for someone to fill our Friday 9 AM slot with some type of fitness class - we are a studio that offers Dance Classes for Adults as well as fitness. The class previously was Mat Pilates, but we're open to others. Friday is the need now, but could be open to other days/times. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness training, with the ability to lead engaging group classes and provide personalized instruction to clients. This role requires a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to ensure safe and effective workouts. As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals while promoting a healthy lifestyle. Must have experience in the industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role in a gym or health club setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and exercise science principles.
- Certification in group fitness instruction or personal training is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 2.0 per week
