Job Summary
Studio 6 Motel is looking for a Maintenance Technician to handle basic repairs and upkeep of the property to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Fix basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues
- Maintain guest rooms and common areas
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Use tools and equipment safely
- Report major repair needs to management
- Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
Requirements
- Basic maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of hotel or motel maintenance is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
