Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in an upscale casual dining setting.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas.
- Assist with bussing tables to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper math skills are utilized.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain quality standards.
