Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Manager located in the Brentwood, TN area. As our Studio Manager, you’ll play a central role in supporting both the team and the overall studio experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage office systems, and serve as a key point of coordination for employees, clients, and vendors. From maintaining schedules and handling logistics to supporting procurement and internal processes, you’ll help keep projects organized and moving forward. You’ll also contribute to a welcoming, professional studio environment—ensuring every interaction reflects the level of care, organization, and communication that defines Studio 36. A strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential in this role. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, supporting team members, and handling both operational and people-focused responsibilities with professionalism and warmth. An appreciation for the creative process—and the many moving parts that bring each project to life—will ensure success in this position.

You Have:
- Experience in office management, studio management, or a similar operational role, preferably in a creative business
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing, or working alongside a bookkeeper
- Background in supporting team operations, onboarding, or general HR-related tasks is a plus
- A home base in Nashville or the surrounding area
- Reliable transportation
- The ability to work full-time in our Brentwood studio

Salary: Based on experience
