We are seeking an entrepreneurial Studio Manager to be a vital part of our team to oversee day-to-day operations of our Client Support Specialists who deliver exceptional service for our clients, guests, and instructors. Reporting to the Studio Directors, you will produce and analyze reports on daily operations, identify and execute on opportunities to drive business growth, and deliver efficiencies in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


We are looking for a strategic thinker who can:

  • Lead and Advocate – You must be able to advocate for the business, lead your team to success, and deliver a quality experience to clients.

  • Dive into Details – Exploring the data, talking to customers, and obsessing over the details to make sure we make every client happy.
  • Overcome – Building an industry-leading business is not easy. You must be comfortable with the ambiguity and embrace the challenge of having multiple paths forward and no right answer.


Responsibilities


  • Client Relations: Manage and enhance client relationships, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to the studio.
  • Human Resources: Oversee HR functions, including staff management and fostering a positive and productive team culture.
  • Vendor Management: Handle relationships and agreements with various vendors.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute studio events, workshops, and socials.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of Client Support Specialists, ensuring their success and development.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to promote Studio 22 and engage with our online community.
  • Strategic Development: Contribute to the overall strategy and vision for Studio 22, identifying and implementing new opportunities for improvement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize daily operations, manage complex projects, and implement processes to achieve high-level goals.
  • Data Analysis: Dive into details, explore data, and gather customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges with a resourceful and adaptable approach, embracing ambiguity and finding effective solutions.
  • Brand Advocacy: Embody the mission and vision of Studio 22, acting as the face of the company and advocating for its success.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Studio Director(s).


What we're looking for


  • 3 years of experience in operations, strategy, business development, technology, analytics or related experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management capacity.
  • Experience leading projects and demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals in a team environment.
  • Strong technical acumen, adept at learning new software and experience with productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; specifically able to perform complex functions and modeling in Excel/Google Sheets with basic Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge.
  • An elastic thinker – You can operate at both the 22,000-foot level and at the 2-inch level.
  • A self-starter – You have a bias towards action and excel in a fast-paced and evolving business.
  • A relationship builder – You can influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of interactions.
  • A problem solver – You have a talent for managing complex projects, driving high-level goals into actionable plans, and enjoy implementing processes.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – You crave responsibility and want to shape the vision and direction of the company.
  • A generalist – You seek exposure to different types of problems and want to try your hand at different sides of the business.
  • A gritty disposition – You roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make things successful.
  • A coach – You can build a team of strong Client Support Specialists and create and maintain a positive and productive team culture.
  • Experience in the ballroom/partner dance industry (while not mandatory, it is highly advantageous).
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, enjoy interacting with people, prioritize operational efficiency, and foster an inspiring work environment.


Schedule and Compensation


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year


Location: Onsite Dallas, TX 75254
