Your Mission

To be the first point of contact for our clients and leads—building trust, providing clarity, and guiding them toward becoming long-term clients. Your role is vital in helping us convert 15–20 new clients/month through elite-level communication and care.


What You’ll Do

  •  Answer phones, manage appointments, and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.

  •  Convert leads into appointments by asking the right questions and nurturing trust.

  •  Follow up with prospective clients by phone, email, and text.

  •  Make weekly outbound calls to re-engage leads and past clients.

  •  Confirm appointments and minimize no-shows.

  •  Manage billing, QuickBooks, invoicing, and collections.

  •  Maintain and update CRM/EHR systems with accurate info.

  •  Support marketing efforts (Instagram posts, follow-ups, email campaigns).

  •  Assist in live/virtual events and update our website with blog content.

  •  Attend weekly sales/marketing calls and contribute ideas for growth.

Skills & Experience:

  •  Admin, customer service, or sales background

  •  Comfort using CRMs, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and social media

  •  Strong time management and organization

  •  Excellent verbal and written communication

  •  Interest in health, fitness, or performance
