What are the responsibilities and job description for the STUDENT-WICB Director of Public Relations & Underwriting position at Student?
WICB is looking for a Director of Public Relations and Underwriting for the 2026-2027 academic year. We're looking for a student who:
- is outgoing and willing to work with community organizations, companies, and individuals to solicit funds via underwriting opportunities that support the station;
- will work with the Production Director to create audio PSAs and underwriting announcements;
- is organized and detail-oriented;
- is a strong communicator both in-person and via email;
- is able to attend weekly WICB Executive Staff meetings and General Staff meetings (Wednesdays at 6:30-7 p.m.);
- has been a member of WICB for at least one semester;
- is a collaborative team player.
