The Housing Office Assistant position provides clerical and office support to the housing staff. This person will assist with all facets of the housing process, including customer contact (both in-person and by telephone), email correspondence, waitlist and vacancy request management, data entry, and preparation of meeting minutes.
The Housing Office Assistant position is an 8-10 hour/week position and will be paid $16.00 per hour. The selected candidate will be able to develop their own hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. At least one shift needs to be a 4-hour block. One position is available and will start as soon as the successful candidate is selected.
