Dean’s Suite Student Assistant – Spring 2026
The Park School's Dean's Suite is seeking a reliable and professional student assistant for the Spring 2026 semester.
We are looking for a Dean’s Office Student Assistant who can interact professionally with Park School faculty, staff, and students in a personable and polished manner. This position also includes opportunities to take on special projects and assignments based on the candidate’s skills in office communication, Excel, writing, graphic design, and research.
Office Student Assistants are responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, sorting mail, running errands, and scheduling appointments while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with event setup, supporting prospective student and family visits, or completing research and administrative projects as assigned.
We are seeking someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing needs, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and professionalism. Ideal candidates will be responsible, dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented, demonstrating strong initiative, professionalism, and communication skills.
Note: This position is for the Spring 2026 semester. Possibilities for future semesters may be considered depending on departmental needs.
Dress code: Presentable to the public.
