What are the responsibilities and job description for the STUDENT-ICTV Station Manager ('26-'27) position at Student?
Term of service is one year long, including the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters. The position starts during the current semester in May 2026 following a training period with ICTV's current Station Manager Romeo Maslin, IC's Manager of Television & Radio Operations Rhys Finch, and Studio Manager Paul Stanion. Station Manager applications are due Friday, April 3, 2026 by noon.
The interview process will begin shortly following the due date and will include ICTV's current Station Manager Romeo Maslin, Manager of Television & Radio Operations Rhys Finch, Studio Manager Paul Stanion, and other members of the IC community.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between the Manager of TV and Radio Operations, Studio Manager and ICTV student producers, volunteers and executive staff.
• Develop a long-term vision for the station and work with ICTV members to realize those goals.
• Work towards designing and enforcing fair policies and guidelines in the administration of the station.
• Work with the Manager of TV and Radio Operations, Studio Manager and Director of Technical
Operations in exploring purchases and all budgetary measures for the station.
• Chair executive staff meetings and producer meetings.
• Work with the executive staff to address all concerns in the oversight of the station.
• Coordinate all annual and semi-annual station functions (events and workshops).
• Act as a resource to all ICTV members to provide assistance, guidance, and support where needed and ensure cohesion amongst executive staff and producers.
• Directly oversee ICTV Special Projects programming, including the appointment of executive producers and working with those producers to ensure a quality production.
• Additional responsibilities and tasks may be assigned by the Manager of TV & Radio Operations and Studio Manager.

Pay Rate: $16/hour
