Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at Ithaca College
- Courteous and engaging personality, confident communicating with students, faculty and staff in a professional office setting
- Ability to self-manage tasks and work independently
- Experience with Ithaca College platforms including 25Live Pro, Asset Essentials, Purplepass, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and confirm room reservations on 25Live Pro
- Submit maintenance requests via Asset Essentials
- Schedule and update ticketed events on PurplePass
- Assist with scheduling of other student employee shifts
- In-office tasks such as posting signage, managing physical calendars, etc.
- Other duties as needed.
Schedule/Hours
- Office Hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Most work will take place in this time frame, but occasionally, evenings or weekends may be required.
- 5-15 hours a week, some weeks will have more work available than others, averaging out to about 10.
- Work schedule is flexible to suit your academic schedule.
- There will be some opportunities for remote work.
Pay Rate: $ 16.00
