In this role, you will ensure that student monitoring procedures are followed accurately, safely, and consistently to provide a supportive and secure experience for the students we serve. You will review documented interactions, audit reports, and assess protocol compliance to help maintain the highest standards of care and professionalism. You will also serve as a point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, clarifying processes, and ensuring a positive customer service experience.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular audits of Student Watcher reports, logs, and documentation.Monitor adherence to organizational procedures, safety guidelines, and student-support protocols.Identify inconsistencies, errors, or areas for improvement, and provide clear feedback to management.Collaborate with supervisors and training staff to improve processes and enhance service quality.Maintain accurate QA records, analyses, and performance tracking data.Assist in developing or refining QA tools, checklists, and evaluation methods.Interact with clients by responding to inquiries, clarifying service expectations, addressing concerns, and providing timely, professional customer support.Work closely with client-facing teams to resolve issues, communicate updates, and ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications:13 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, customer service, student services, or a related role.Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing situations.Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and maintain professionalism under pressure.Familiarity with monitoring, reporting, or case-management systems preferred.High ethical standards and a commitment to student well-being.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Why Join Us:Be part of a mission-driven team focused on safety, integrity, and service excellence.Collaborate in a supportive, professional environment with nationwide impact.Flexible, seasonal position operating annually from January through July.Compensation:$20.00 HourlyPay Frequency: WeeklySchedule:Flexible scheduling options are available, including adjusted start/end times or partial remote work, depending on organizational needs.Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required during high-volume periods or special projects.Remote, hybrid, or on-site schedule options may be available.
