What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Partnerships Associate position at Student Success Stores?
Student Success Stores 501(c)3 is seeking a passionate, highly motivated, self-starter to join our team! Our mission is to provide anonymous stores filled with hygiene products, easy-to-eat food items, school-code clothing, and school supplies inside schools. By providing students with the essentials, we aim to ensure that each child starts the school day healthy, confident and ready to learn. The School Partnerships Associate will support the operations and logistics of our warehouse, as well as partnerships with our schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the stores and the warehouse as needed, ensuring that all products and incoming donations are safely and accurately stocked, and logged in the system
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for all volunteers and Board Members who support Students Success Stores on Warehouse activities
- Support School Partnerships Manager in preparing for volunteer groups including but not limited to: organizing checklists, setting up the space for volunteer activities, ensuring products are available and easily found
- Manage transport, delivery, and restocking of products to school stores whenever needed
- Assisting students in accessing their store by shopping with students and/or filling/packing student orders
- Other duties as assigned by the School Partnerships Manager
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a BCI and FBI background check
- High school diploma or GED equivalent,
- 1-2 years working with diverse populations, in the Nonprofit or Educational sector preferred
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Forms) and Google Suite
- Must have a car and valid driver’s license to transport product from warehouse to stores
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift up to 25lbs

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
