Position: ESY Speech-Language Pathologist
Reports To: Director of Student Programs
Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for Oklahoma Teaching Certificate.
- Meet all certification requirements or be eligible or working toward the Certificate of Clinical Competence designated by the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
- Satisfy all district requirements with regard to physical health and citizenship.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Position Goals: To provide Speech Language Pathology Services for students who meet the criteria for Extended School year.
Responsibilities:
- Follows the procedures, practices and guidelines outlined by the school, district, State and Federal laws intended to keep students healthy and safe.
- Provide services as outlined on the student’s Individualized Education Plan.
- Facilitate collaboration with other staff, teachers, and service providers to plan support for individual students’ educational progress.
- Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain accurate, complete and correct records as required by State and Federal Law.
- Prepares Progress Report at the end of ESY and enters all information relative to the student on EdPlan.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Terms of Employment: June 1, 2026 - June 25, 2026 (as needed)
