POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Cook Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge of the care and use of institutional equipment and utensils.
2. Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and sanitation regulations.
3. Knowledge of kitchen safety and meal requirements
4. Ability to supervise employees.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Preferred qualifications: one year as a manager or assistant manager in a school nutrition program.
2. Three to five years working in food service.
3. Certification at level one or two with the School Nutrition Association.
SALARY AND WORK YEAR: As established by the Los Lunas Schools current Cafeteria Salary Schedule.
