What are the responsibilities and job description for the Detail Supervisor position at Stuckey Automotive?
· Oversee all detailers and complete detailer duties as needed
· Ensure a clean and safe work area
· Detail vehicles for delivery
· Take service/detail garbage is taken out daily
· Report directly to the lead sales manager
· Keep the lot in an orderly fashion daily
· Complete any sold Detail packages from dealership service department
· Transport vehicles to various dealerships, vendors, or lots as needed
· Follow Employee handbook
· Create a workplace where co-workers and the dealership can thrive
· Restock materials and be in charge of ordering as needed
· Keep common areas clean such as but not limited to restrooms, break room, and shared wash bays.
· Follow shop layout and processes as set
· Quality check complete vehicles to ensure they are Stuckey quality
· Be timely and punch time clock in and out
· Help to teach and train new hires.
· Report Body damage to coordinators or managers to decide on repair
· Continue to learn new products, methods, and tools as needed
· Items on this list may be changed anytime at managers discretion
· Minimum standard of 10 lot vehicles cleaned per day
