Collision Center Estimator - Team Lead - Duncansville

Duties:

• Prepare and write estimates assist with daily shop
• Greet Customers, submit and make insurance claims
• Take Photos for Upload and Approval
• Lead team of technicians and parts personnel to achieve monthly goals
• Dispatch work orders to technicians to ensure maximum productivity
• Prepare and submit warranty claims
• Knowledge of Major Insurance Companies and Procedures
• Develop estimates, cost components of parts, supplies and labor
• Follow Guidelines set in Stuckey Automotive Handbook
• Prepare Work Orders
• Detailed Repair and Replacement Services Required
• Maintain Customer focus and contact on a regular basis while in the Repair Process
• Reconcile and Prepare Invoice
• Attend training as directed or necessary to increase quality and efficiency
• Prepare and write estimates assist with daily shop

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of activities, methods, procedures, and policies of the Service Department
• General knowledge of collision activities

• Ability to accept additional tasks, duties and/or direction from management

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Work Experience Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must Submit and Pass Drug Screening
• Documented Experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or other Related Field
• Understanding of Stuckey Automotive’s Excellent Customer Service
• Honesty, Integrity, Trustworthiness, Kindness Driven and Passionate to achieve growth and goals
• Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service Skills
• Strong Professional Manners
• Must meet deadlines
• Detailed Oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
