What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor position at Stuckey Automotive?
Duties:
- Enhance Stuckey Automotive Customer Experience
- Advises customers at auto dealerships about their repair needs by taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules
- Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Schedules appointments, answer phones and collects funds for service
- Verifies warranty and service contract coverage
- Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor
- Prepares repair orders
- Maintains excellent customer rapport
- Maintains automotive records
- Continuous learning by participating in education opportunities and required training
- Attends to customers in waiting areas as well as driving them home or to work as needed
- Ensure cleanliness of service write up area
- Follow Guidelines set in Stuckey Automotive Handbook
- Work with Service Manager to met and exceed any deadlines
- Meet and/or maintain all requirements for Job function
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must Submit and Pass Drug Screening
- Understanding of Stuckey Automotive’s Excellent Customer Service
- Honesty, Integrity, Trustworthiness, Kindness
- Driven and Passionate to achieve growth and goals
- Excellent Communication skills Strong Professional Manners
