As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for preserving the good condition and functionality of our premises, ensuring that everything from lighting to plumbing operates smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems.

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Perform basic repairs.

• Work Orders: Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

• Facility Upkeep: Manage general building upkeep, including painting, drywall repair, and basic groundskeeping [if applicable].

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work adheres to company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

• Inventory Management: Keep track of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, requesting reorders when necessary.
