Stubbe Case Management is seeking an experienced RN Field Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and manage the medical needs of individuals/clients who have sustained a work-related injury. The Case Manager uses their clinical knowledge, expertise, and leadership skills to partner with all stakeholders to facilitate the best possible outcome for the injured worker.
This is hybrid position comprised of 2/3 field travel in the Wichita/Central, KS and 1/3 work from your home office.

As a local RN field nurse case manager, you will:
Strengthen relationships with employers and providers in the Wichita/Central KS area.
Support injured workers in a community where effective case management truly matters.
Help grow Stubbes regional footprint in a market with high opportunity and strong referral volume.
What Youll Do
Our case manager's partner closely with injured workers, employers, insurance carriers, and medical providers to coordinate care, eliminate barriers, and facilitate a successful return to work. This position provides autonomy with the backing of a strong Midwest leadership and clinical team.
Qualifications
- Active KS nursing licensure
Workers compensation, case management, or occupational health experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a community-based environment
