Job Description
Maintenance Lead at a premier Senior Living Community offering Independent, Assisted and Care Suites. Work in a fun, fast paced environment where the staff truly cares for its residents. You will be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance systems, complete service requests, preventative maintenance, assist the team with special events, apartment turns, and performing miscellaneous tasks for our residents
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years property management experience. Basic knowledge of plumbing, standard repairs, appliance, some HVAC and minor carpentry Boilers License preferred, but not required. Working with seniors is plus!
