Job Description

Job DescriptionJoin the team at StuartCo, a highly respected and award winning locally based property management industry leader that's been named a MN Top Workplace SIX straight years, and the highly reputable, award-winning team at The Wellington Senior Living!

The person in this position will provide hands-on supervision of the routine and preventive maintenance operations for this 120-unit Senior Living Residence in St. Paul’s Highland Park area (and our own Shepard Park neighborhood of six fabulous StuartCo communities!). The person in this position will be in charge of turns, making sure the units are rent ready for the next residents. This person will also have involvement in special events including set up and take down of event areas.

The Lead Technician will perform routine/preventive maintenance duties on a full time schedule, primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours. This position also requires occasionally being on call for after-hours emergencies, so living within a 15-20 minute drive time to the property is preferred.
